How do I arrange a vessel call at your berths?

Do I need a TWIC card to visit the terminals?

Yes. Both AllTrans Terminals facilities are MTSA-regulated, TWIC-controlled access facilities. All visitors, contractors, drivers, and vessel personnel must hold a valid TWIC card. In addition, all visitors must pre-register with our security team at least 48 hours before arrival. Unescorted access to the facility without TWIC credentials is not permitted under any circumstances.

How do I apply for a truck loading account?

You'll need to provide company details, DOT carrier number, insurance certificates, and driver TWIC card information. Account setup typically takes 3–5 business days. Once active, drivers can load 24/7 using our driver-operated loading terminal system.
